摘要
特发性血小板减少性紫癜是一组以抗血小板自身抗体免疫介导的血小板过度破坏,导致的出血性疾病。临床上慢性ITP多见,病程长,易复发,较为难治,西医治疗副反应大,长期疗效不明显,陈健一教授从事血液病治疗多年,对本病治疗积累了丰富的临床经验,认为其主要病机为虚、热、瘀,又多兼夹湿邪,以此为病机遣方立药,取得了较好的临床疗效。
Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura is a set of antiplatelet autoantibodies immune-mediated excessive destruction of platelets,caused by hemorrhagic disease.Clinical CITP,duration is long,easy to relapse,relatively refractory,western medicine treatment have great side effects,the long-term curative effect is not obvious.Professor CHEN Jianyi has worked on blood disorders for many years,he has accumulated rich clinical experience of treatment of the disease.He thinks that the main pathogenesis of this disease is imaginary,heat,blood stasis,and clip dampness evil.Good clinical effect has been achieved.
