摘要
难治性血小板减少性紫癜(RITP)病程迁延,病势缠绵。通过对张慧主任医师临床处方进行追访、总结,及其对于血证夹湿的病因病机认识、临床经验等角度对RITP当从湿论治进行探讨,旨在进一步明确对RITP的中医认识,进而指导临床,提高疗效。
Refractory idiopathic thromboeytopenic purpura （ RITP ） has prolonged course. Through ZHANG Hui clinical prescriptions, it is to summarize clinical experience of R1TP governance from the wet treatment, to further clarify the RITP Chinese understanding, and then guide the clinical practice, improve the curative effect.
