摘要
研究了不同灌水上限对酿酒葡萄生长动态、产量及品质的影响。结果表明,当灌水上限为90%田间持水率时,葡萄株高、叶面积生长良好;与灌水上限100%田间持水率相比,灌水上限为90%田间持水率,减小灌水量,提高产量,且显著改善葡萄酒口感,提高营养价值,是酿酒葡萄生长的适宜灌水上限。在果实膨大期提高灌水上限,可增加产量,降低品质但差异不显著,因此该生育期可以适度提高灌水上限。
The changes of the growth, yield and quality of wine grape were studied under the different irri- gation water upper limits. The results showed that: the height and leaf area of grape grew well under irri- gation water upper limits of 90% field water capacity(FC) ~ Compared with the treatment of 100%FC, the irrigation amount decreased, and yield, taste and nutritional value of wine grape increased significantly un- der the treatment of 90 %FC, and 90 % FC was the suitable irrigation water upper limit. As irrigation water upper limit increased, the yield was higher, but the quality decreased non-significantly in fruit enlargement period of wine grape, and irrigation water upper limit could be improved moderately in this period.
