摘要
煤炭开采的原则是优先考虑平硐开拓、其次斜井开拓、最后立井开拓,资源埋深大于400m的条件适宜于立井开拓。从技术角度分析了埋深在400m左右的煤层,斜井开拓和立井开拓都能满足需要,但选取的开拓方案应在技术上可行、同时又在经济上最优。文章根据方案比选的基本方法和资金的时间价值原理,利用费用现值法(Present Value Cost)分析对比方案费用现值得出结论,同时对影响费用现值的敏感因素进行临界点分析,为解决矿井开拓方案技术经济比选问题提供灵活、有效途径。
The principle of mining exploiting is to prioritize adit development, followed by inclined shaft development, then vertical shaft development. Experience indicates that, resource over 400m depth underneath is suitable for vertical shaft development technically, whereas inclined shaft development and vertical shaft development can both meet the requirement for shallow coal seam at approximately 400m. Thus it is critical to select the solution that is both technically feasible and economically optimal. Following the basic principle of evaluation and time value of capital, this paper analysed each solution using method of present value cost then demonstrated a critical - point analysis on sensitivity factors that affecting present value, providing a flexible, effective approach for selection the optimal solution for development of coal mining projects.
