摘要
为了安全合理地采出矿井剩余煤炭资源,尽快关闭小煤矿,实现矿井高产高效,根据矿井整合设计的实践,提出并研究了设置专用回风井对煤矿生产本质安全型的作用。结果表明:煤矿安全生产是系统性的,既然在一定条件下要求设置采区专用回风巷和矿井专用回风井,那么在同样条件下也应设置专用总回风巷;在当前的矿井资源整合设计中应提出设置矿井专用回风井;设置专用回风井不但增强了矿井的抗灾能力,而且可使矿井的漏风率减少至2%~3%。
In order to safety and rationally excavate the residual coal resources in the mine, to quickly close the small mines and to have a high production and high efficient mine, based on the practices on the mine integrated design, the paper provided and studied the special air return mine shaft to the production intrinsic safe mine. The results showed that the mine safety production was systematic. Thus under the certain condition, the mining block required the special air return gateway and the mine required the special air return ventilation shaft. Then under the same condition, the mine should have a special total air return ventilation roadway. In the present mine resource integrated design, a special air return ventilation shaft shall be provided for the mine. The special air return ventilation shaft only could improve the anti disaster capacity of the mine, but also could reduce the air leakage rate by 2% -3% in the mine.
