摘要
后勤管理作为高职院校整体工作的重要组成部分，确保教学、科研和师生员工的学习生活有序进行，发挥坚实稳定的服务保障作用。本文从高职院校后勤的保障作用、发挥后勤保障作用要抓住“四个关键”、强化“四种作风”、发挥“四个育人功能”方面进行综合阐述。
As an important part of the overall work of the higher vocational colleges, logistics management gives play to the role of the solid service guarantee orderly teaching, scientific research, teaching staff and students learn- ing life. The guarantee function of the higher vocational colleges logistics, giving full play to the function of the lo- gistics, to seize the four keys, strengthen ＂four kinds of style＂ and play a ＂four functions of educating people＂ are expounded comprehensively in this paper.
