摘要
基于注塑机料筒温度控制器算法性能测试中调试时间长、成本高、安全性差等问题,提出采用硬件在环(HIL)半实物仿真技术进行注塑机料筒温度控制算法性能测试,并基于NI Single-Board RIO 9623控制器设计注塑机料筒温度半实物仿真系统。通过分析系统结构,解决了系统搭建中涉及到的关键技术点。最后搭建该仿真系统并进行简单仿真测试,验证该系统设计方案是可行的。料筒温度半实物仿真系统通过Lab VIEW编程,编程快速、简单,运行效率高,人机交互更加方便,测试性能更加优越。
Based on the problems including long debugging time, high cost and poor security in performance tests of injection molding machine cylinder temperature controller algorithm, this article applied hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation technology to the performance test of injection molding machine cylinder temperature control algorithm, and designed the hardware-in-the-loop simulation system of injection molding machine cylinder temperature by NI Single-Board RIO 9623 controller. Through analyzing the system structure, the key technical points involved in building the system were solved. Finally the simulation system was set up and a simple simulation test was carried out. The result showed that the design scheme was feasible. The hardware-in-the-loop simulation system of cylinder temperature programmed with LabVIEW with the programming rapid, simple and highly efficient, the human-computer interaction more convenient and the test performance more superior.
