摘要
在全球气候变化和能源紧缺背景下,图书馆作为公共建筑和公共文化服务机构,应体现节能环保的理念。本文阐述了图书馆节能的内涵及意义,提出了合理选址与科学规划的设想,并以湖北省图书馆新馆建筑节能设计实践为例,从空调系统设计、太阳能利用、能源回收技术等方面,论述了实现节能减排目标中的几点措施。
Public buildings seriously damaged the ecological balance has been widely concerned. In the global dim.ate change and energy shortages background, as a library of public buildings and public cultural services, it should reflect the concept of energy saving and environmental protection. This paper describes the significance of energy saving in the library, puts forward the reasonable location and scientific planning. Taking Hubei Library building energy efficiency design as an example, this paper analyses some measures of realizing energy conservation from aspects of the air conditioning system design, solar energy utilization and energy recovery technology.
