摘要
21世纪是环保世纪,环境问题日趋重要。新形势下节能环保在图书馆建设中不能仅仅注重理论上的能耗,而更应体现人文精神的追求和拓展,本文从图书馆节能环保现状、节能环保的制约因素、创建节能环保型图书馆设备与空间的必要性和思路等方面论述和分析,阐述了21世纪创建节能环保型图书馆设备与空间的重要性。参考文献9。
The 21st century is the century of environmental protection,and the environmental issues become increasingly important.Energy saving under the new situation in the library building can not just focus on the theoretical energy consumption,but rather should reflect the pursuit and development of the human spirit.This article from the library status and limitied points of energy saving pointes that to create the energy-saving library should pay more attention to the importance of library facilities and space in 21 century.9 Refs.
