摘要
近年来,传统的口译教学模式因其严重弊端而备受诟病,一方面缘于口译教学材料老套过时而不能跟上社会发展的步伐,另外亦由于其教学方法流于形式而不能有效促动教师与学生及学生与学生间的互动。计算机技术与语料库语言学的蓬勃发展为口译教学模式的改革奠定了坚实基础。基于语料库的口译教学模式将在线语料库与自建语料库融合于口译课程的教与学之中,彰显出较大的实用价值与优势:首先,师生能借助语料库能接触到真实、鲜活、地道的口译素材;其次,通过语料库观察与探索,学生能更好地参与到口译自主学习之中;最后,学生还能以语料库为媒介展开有效合作学习。因此,基于语料库的口译教学模式既有助于提升学生的口译技能,亦有助于促进他们自主学习能力的培养。
Traditional interpretation teaching model has received pungent criticism owing to its serious shortcomings that on one hand,teaching materials are too old-fashioned to keep pace with the development of the society,and on the other hand,teaching approach is too formalist to stimulate teacher-student and student- student interaction.The rapid advancement of computer technology and corpus linguistics has laid a solid foundation for the reform of the traditional interpretation teaching model.The present study aims to integrate online corpora and self-built corpora into the course teaching and learning of interpretation.It is found that corpora have great advantages when applied to interpretation teaching practice in that the teacher and students can have access to a large amount of bilingual information which is both authentic and idiomatic,and moreover,through corpora observation and discovery,students can be better engaged in autonomous learning on interpretation and with the help of corpora,they can also carry out effective cooperative learning.It is clear that corpora- based interpretation teaching model is not only beneficial to the development of students＇ interpreting skills,but it is also helpful to the cultivation of their learner autonomy.
