摘要
翻译专业本科人才培养要符合翻译生态环境健康和可持续发展的要求,注重学生的生态取向,培养学生的职业生态意识和职业翻译能力,促进学生更好地融入翻译市场。在此前提下,当前各高校的翻译专业对本科人才的培养应该以提高学生的职业翻译能力为导向进行目标定位,并通过市场化、职业化、专业化及国际化等多种途径,有效提升学生的职业翻译能力,从而实现"通用型"人才的培养目标,保证翻译生态系统的平衡与和谐发展。
The talent training for translation major undergraduates shall meet the requirement for healthy and sustainable development in the translational eco-environment,with importance attached to students＇ ecological orientation and a cultivation of students＇ ecological awareness and competences in the translation as a profession,so as to help them favorably suitable for the translational eco-environment. With such a consideration,universities with translation majors are expected to relocate the talent training target with the orientation of improving competences in the translation as a profession and make great efforts,through channels of marketization,professionalization,specialization and internationalization,to improve such competences effectively. Only in this way can the aim of training talents equipped with applicable competences be realized and the evolution of translational ecosystems be ensured in balance and harmony.
