摘要
本文介绍了山东石横特钢集团有限公司利用钒渣冶炼含钒硅锰合金在生产含钒钢种时,减少或替代钒铁,以降低钒铁消耗及成本。通过调整优化工艺装备,生产含钒硅锰,降低生产成本。
The paper introduces that Shandong Shiheng Special Steel Group Co. , Ltd. made full use of vanadium slag to smelt silicon manganese alloy containing vanadium, and in the production of vana- dium steel, that can replace vanadium iron, in order to reduce the vanadium iron consumption and cost. By adjusting and optimizing of the process and equipment, silicon manganese alloy containing vanadium is produced to reduce the production cost.
