摘要
研究了利用提钒尾渣经过热处理和改性,作为远红外涂料的填料,替代钴系列黑色颜料,通过配比设计,配制出远红外涂料,经过性能检测和节能试验表明该涂料性能优异、节能效果显著,适用于中高温工业窑炉。
Vanadium tailings, after heat treatment and modification, was used as basic materials of far - infrared radiation coatings, replacing the cobalt oxide black pigment. The coatings was formulated. The per- formance and energy -saving properties were tested. The results showed that the coatings had excellent per- formance and significant energy- saving effect, and was suitable for mid -temperature and high -tempera- ture industrial furnace.
