摘要
在社会支持理论视角下,大学新生的适应性教育是一项系统工程,不仅包括物质方面的帮助和硬件配备,更重要的还有精神方面的支持和文化影响。本文从实践出发,认为学生管理部门可以重点从情感、信息、物质、行为等四个方面提供支持,帮助新生尽快融入大学生活,顺利完成中学生向大学生的过渡。
According to social support theory, the education of adaptability to freshmen is a systematic work, including not only material help and hardware equipments, but also spiritual sup- port and cultural influence, which is more important. From the practical view, this paper thinks that student administration can focus on the four aspects, such as emotion, information, material, and behavior to provide support and help to freshmen so that they can adapt to university life as soon as possible.
