摘要
以一种火箭弹红外成像导引头位标器为研究对象,利用ANSYS建立了位标器的有限元分析模型并分析了位标器机械结构部分的可靠性,首先模拟了导引头位标器在极限温度下-10℃和50℃的热力分析,然后对位标器进行了模态分析并得到了几种固有频率,最后根据位标器的冲击要求进行了冲击响应分析,计算结果表明导引头的机械结构的可靠性满足精度要求。
A rocket infrared imaging seeker coordinator was taken as the research object. Finite element analysis model of seeker coordinator was established based on ANSYS and the reliability of mechanical structure of the coordinator was analyzed as well. At the first beginning, thermal analysis of the seeker coordinator was simulated under the extreme temperature -10℃ and 50℃. Then the coordinator's several inherent frequencies were obtained by using the model analyses. According to the impact requirement, the coordinator's impact response analysis was figured out by ANSYS. The calculation result showed that the reliability of the mechanical structure of the seeker coordinator can meet the accuracy requirement.
