摘要
目的探讨护理部在医院护理信息管理中所存在的问题及其干预措施。方法对我院护理部护理信息管理方式以及管理效果进行综合调查并做好相关记录,根据调查对我院护理部在医院护理信息管理中存在的问题进行分析,并提出干预措施。结果护理信息管理工作在总体上较为科学,落实情况也比较良好,但依然存在着不少问题,需要引起注意。结论护理部在医院护理信息管理中虽然工作做得比较出色,但依然有部分问题出现,相关人员和医院领导应该充分提高重视程度,并针对相关问题进行合理化整改。
Objective To investigate the nursing department of nursing in the hospital information management the problems and intervention measures.Methods A comprehensive survey of the nursing department of our hospital nursing information management and the management effect and the related records,according to the survey analysis of the nursing department of our hospital in the care of the hospital information management in the problems,and put forward the intervention measures.Results The nursing information management in general more scientific,the implementation is relatively good,but there are still many problems,needs attention.Conclusion Nursing department in nursing information management in the hospital while the work done relatively well,but there are still some problems,the relevant personnel and hospital leaders should fully improve the degree of attention,and the related problems in reasonable rectification.
