摘要
目的探讨心理护理干预对青光眼患者术前术后焦虑和抑郁的影响。方法选取我院收治的青光眼患者60例作为此次研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上实施心理护理干预。结果护理前,两组患者的焦虑和抑郁评分没有差异,P>0.05,不具有统计学意义。护理后,观察组患者的焦虑和抑郁评分低于对照组患者,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论心理因素和青光眼的发生、治疗疗效等都具有非常密切的联系,对患者实施心理护理干预,有助于缓解患者的不良情绪,保持良好的心态,提高患者治疗的依从性,从而达到提高患者治疗效果的目的。
Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the anxiety and depression of patients with glaucoma before operation.MethodsSixty cases of glaucoma patients treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with psychological nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing.ResultsThe anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were not significantly different before and the nursing,P〉 0.05,not statistically significant. After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,P〈 0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion The occurrence of psychological factors and glaucoma and therapeutic effect has very close connection,the implementation of psychological nursing intervention on the patients,to ease the patient＆#39;s bad mood,keep a good state of mind,improve the compliance of patients,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the treatment effect of patients.
