摘要
目的：探讨术前术后心理护理在减轻青光眼患者术后焦虑、抑郁中的意义。方法：选择笔者所在医院2012年4月至2013年2月收治的70例青光眼手术患者，将患者随机分为观察组和对照组，在护理上对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组在此基础上给予精心的术前、术后心理护理，术后1个月采用密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMDA）和汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评定两组患者的焦虑、抑郁情况，并比较两组患者对手术的满意度。结果：在手术前两组患者焦虑、抑郁评分比较差异均无显著性意义（P〉0.05），在手术后1个月，观察组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分分别为（14.51±1.23）分、（16.46±3.62）分，对照组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分分别为（25.09±1.33）分、（27.21±3.32）分，观察组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组，差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者对手术的满意度明显高于对照组，差异也有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对青光眼患者在术前、术后进行精心护理，能明显减轻患者术后焦虑、抑郁，提高患者对手术的满意度，值得在临床上推广应用。
To investigate the significance of psychological nursing before and after operation in reducing anxiety, depression in patients with glaucoma. From April 2012 to February 2013,70 cases of patients with glaucoma operation in our hospital were selected,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,The control group were given routine nursing care,basis of this,the observation group were given the psychological nursing before operation after operation,1 months after operation,Milton Anxiety Scale （HAMDA） and Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD） were used to assess of anxiety, depression in patients of the two groups, and the satisfaction of operation of the two groups were compared. Before operation,there was no statistical significance in the two groups with anxiety, depression score difference（P〉0.05）, 1 months after operation,anxiety,depression score of the observation group were （14.51±1.23） scores, （16.46±3.62） scores, the anxiety, depression scores of the control group were （25.09±1.33） scores, （27.21±3.32） scores,the observation group of patients with anxiety, depression scores were lower than the control group,the difference was statistical y significant（P〈0.05）. The patients satisfaction to the operation in observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, there was significant difference（P〈0.05）. Psychological nursing before and after operation in patients with glaucoma can significantly reduce the postoperative patients with anxiety, depression, improve the satisfaction of patients for operation, it is worth in clinical application.
