摘要
文章对我国高性能重组竹的开发历程、当前生产工艺技术与产品质量有关文献进行了细致梳理与分析,浅析了当前重组竹产业发展过程中存在的主要问题,从竹青竹黄疏解高效设备研制、提高新型板材重组竹冷压和热压生产自动化程度、研制价格低廉且性能好的改性脲醛树脂胶和酚醛树脂胶、制定控制产品质量操作方法与技术规程、研发竹丝木丝复合生产密度为0.7~0.9 g/cm3的新型竹木重组材及加强重组竹板材市场监管等方面提出了改进措施与建议。
This paper reviewed and analyzed in detail the literature relevant to development history the related literature about developing history, current production technology and product quality of high-performance reconstituted bamboo lumber. Based on the analysis of the main problems found in the current development process of reconstituted bamboo lumber industry, improvement actions and suggestions were put forward, including defibering equipment research and improvement, improving the cold-pressing and hot-pressing production automation, developing low-cost and high-performance modified urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive and phenolic resin glue, formulating the operation method and technical regulations for product quality control, developing and researching a new type of reconstituted bamboo-wood lumber whose density will be 0.7-0.9 g/cm3 and strengthening market supervision.
