摘要
对食品企业而言质量犹如生命,原料供应商的质量在很大程度上决定食品企业的最终产品质量,科学地评价原料供应商质量尤为重要.文章分析和比较评价原料供应商常用方法,给出食品企业评价原料供应商质量的实施路径,并结合线性加权法说明其在评价原料供应商质量中的应用,为食品企业评价原料供应商质量提供一套科学和可行的方法.
Food enterprises,product quality as life,quality of raw material suppliers in the food enterprises largely determines the final product quality,scientific evaluation of the quality of the raw material suppliers is especially important. This thesis analyzes and compares the evaluation methods commonly used raw material suppliers,given the implementation way food enterprises evaluate the quality of the raw material suppliers,combined with linear weighting method shows its application in the evaluation of the quality of the raw material suppliers,and provides a scientific and feasible method of evaluating the quality of raw material suppliers.
