摘要
县级公立医院作为医改的突破口,对医改的成功起到重要作用,本文剖析了县级公立医院人才紧缺的原因,从医师多点执业和对口支援方面探讨对县级公立医院人才紧缺的缓解作用,提出县级公立医院的对策,对县级公立医院改革进行思考。
The county-level public hospitals, as a breakout of medical reform, make an important role in the success of medical reform. This paper analyzes the reasons of talent shortage in county-level public hospitals, and discusses alleviated ef- fect to talent shortage in county-level hospital through"doctor multi-sited licensed"and"pairing-assistance". It put forward the countermeasures and thoughts of medical reform in county-level public hospitals.
