摘要
结合浙江某公路深挖路堑软岩边坡应用SEAL-100R改性水泥复合材料进行坡面防护工程项目,通过室内室外试验,测定了SEAL-100R改性水泥复合材料的涂层粘结性和疏水性性能。试验研究表明,用SEAL-100R改性的水泥复合材料处理软岩边坡坡面,能有效防止软岩边坡在水的作用下发生体积膨胀,强度降低,刚度下降而导致边坡失稳的情况。在边坡防护工程中应用,能增大边坡稳定性,减少边坡后期养护的费用,保证道路畅通。
This text analyzes the SEAL-100 R used in slope protection engineering projects in combination Zhe Jiang a highway dig trench the soft rock slope. Through indoor and outdoor test,tests the coating cohesiveness and hydrophobic performance of SEAL-100 R that modify the cement composite material. A large number of experimental study shows that cement composite material processed by SEAL-100 R apply to the soft rock slope surface that can effectively prevent the soft rock from volume expansion,strength reduction,stiffness degradation under the action of water. In slope protection engineer,the cement composite material processed by SEAL-100 R will increase slope stability,reduce the cost of maintenance and ensure the road unblocked.
