摘要
基于聚合物技术,针对焦作市广利灌区存在的大量壤土,研究氯硫聚合物固化剂对灌区壤土的固化效果。通过室内试验,分析了不同固化剂掺量和水灰比条件下,固化土的抗压、抗折强度,得出氯硫聚合物固化剂固化广利渠壤土时的几组较好的配比。并通过和水泥土的造价进行对比,结果显示选用该种固化剂也是经济合理的,为土壤固化剂在渠道衬砌中的应用提供参考。
Based on polymer technology, the curing effect of chloride-sulfur curing agent on loam in Guanli irrigation area of Jiaozuo city was studied. The compressive and flexural strength of solidified soil under the conditions of different dosage of curing agent and water-cement ratio were analyzed respectively through laboratory tests. The better ratios of several groups in curing guanli canal loam with chlorosulfide curing agent were obtained. Compared with the cost of soil-cement, the results show that the choice of this kind of curing agent is economical and reasonable, which provides a good reference value for the application of soil curing agent in canal lining.
