摘要
在知识不断创新、科技突飞猛进的今天,培养和提高当代大学生的专利创新能力已成为高校教育的重要内容之一。如何通过专利申报与创新实践的有机结合,更好地提高大学生专利创新能力,是目前高校创新教育需要探索的问题。本文以"大学生创新性实验计划"项目为载体,论述了促进大学生建立专利检索习惯,培养大学生专利运用能力,强化大学生专利保护意识,有效提升大学生专利创新能力的方法和途径。这对于加强科教结合,推动创新教育模式改革,促进知识经济时代创新人才培养,实现国家创新型社会建设等方面均具有积极作用。
In this age of knowledge discovery and pacing technology, the nurturing and developing of research skills in university students have become a focus of higher learning institutions. How to organically improves students research skills by patent development is an interest to higher institutions. This paper focuses on the ＂University Stu- dent Innovation Program＂ which aims to familiarize students＇ with citation, application, patent protection and effective- ly improve student research skills. Additionally by engaging academia, research focused education reform, this Work have a positive role in cultivating talents instrumental for technological advancement and social development.
