工程教育的责任延续:高校技术转移与专利管理 被引量:3

Responsibility Continuation of Engineering Education : University Technology Transfer and Patent Management

摘要 近年来,我国工程教育发展取得了显著的成绩,但也存在一些不足,最为突出的问题就是缺乏工程实践。加强高校技术转移和专利管理,是解决这一问题的措施之一,也体现了工程教育的责任延续,即服务国家发展战略和行业企业进步。本文从发展现状、激励政策、机构设置与人员队伍等方面对中美高校技术转移和专利管理工作进行了比较分析,并对加强我国高校工程教育的社会责任和未来专利管理模式的转变提出了若干政策建议。 In recent years,the development of engineering education in China has made remarkable achievements,but there are also some shortcomings,and the most prominent problem is the lack of engineering practice.Strengthening the university technology transfer and patent management is one of the measures to solve this problem,but it also reflects the responsibility continuation of the engineering education,that is,the service of national development strategies and progress of industries and enterprises.This paper made an analysis and comparison of the status quo of the development,incentives,institutional settings and personnel aspects of Sino-US university technology transfer and patent management,and made a number of policy recommendations to the strengthening of the social responsibility of the university engineering education and future patent management changes.
