肠易激综合征与基因多态性的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 肠易激综合征(IBS)是一种常见的功能性肠病,其病因和发病机制尚不完全清楚,目前学术界认为与胃肠动力异常、内脏敏感性增高、中枢神经系统感知异常、肠道感染与炎症反应、精神心理异常及遗传等因素有关。遗传因素可通过影响脑肠轴中央和周边关系进而影响IBS的发病。IBS基因多态性包括5-羟色胺(5-HT)能、肾上腺素能、阿片系统以及编码具有免疫调节和神经调节特性蛋白等基因。本文对影响脑肠轴的相关基因多态性与IBS发病机制研究进行综述。
