摘要
基于投资对经济增长的拉动作用,立足珠海市金湾区经济发展的实际状况,从固定资产投资角度出发,对金湾区固定资产投资规模、发展速度、投资效益、投资结构进行了多维度测算与比较分析,总结出珠海市金湾区固定资产投资对区域经济发展具有明显的拉动效果,但是存在投资规模不足、投资结构相对不合理、投资效益低的问题。为此,有针对性地提出加大固定资产投资力度、优化投资结构、追求投资效益、改善投资环境,以创新驱动,促进科技、产业、金融投资深度融合等具体对策。
Based on the investment＇s driving effect on economic growth and the actual economic development in Jinwan District of Zhuhai, this article conducts a multiple-dimensional calculation and comparative analysis of the investment scale in fixed asset, the development speed and the investment benefit from the perspective of fixed assets. The conclusion is drawn that the fixed asset investment in Jinwan District does have an apparent driving effect on the regional economic development, but there exist such problems as insufficient investment scale, relatively unreasonable investment structure and low investment benefit. With view to the problems, the following measures are put forward： increasing investment in fixed assets, optimizing investment structure, emphasizing investment efficiency, improving the investment environment, promoting the depth fusion of technology, industry and financial investment driven by innovation.
