朋辈辅学在高职护生《基础护理学》注射法操作中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 探讨朋辈辅学在《基础护理学》各种注射法操作中的应用方法及效果。随机整群抽样法选择我院2013级高职护理专业两个班共99名学生为研究对象,分为实验组(n=51)和对照组(n=48),实验组采用朋辈辅学法,对照组采用传统教学法。通过技能考核和学生平均每周练习时间对教学效果及学生积极性进行评价。实验组技能考核成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.01),实验组平均每周练习时间高于对照组(P<0.01),学习的积极性和主动性较高。朋辈辅学能激发学生的学习兴趣,提高其学习的质量,并有利于提高专业素质。 This paper investigates into the method and effect of the peer-led education study on various injection operation in "fundamental nursing" among higher vocational nursing student with 99 students of 2 classes of 2013 as the object in experiment group(n=51) and the control group(n=48) with peer auxiliary research method with the traditional teaching methods for control group. Through skill examination and students average weekly practice time to evaluate the teaching effect and students' enthusiasm. The results show that the experimental skills assessment scores are significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.01), while the experimental group average weekly practice times higher than the control group(P〈0.01) with stronger learning enthusiasm. The conclusion shows that peer auxiliary learning can stimulate students' interest in learning which in turn improves the quality of their learning and their professional quality.
