同伴互助学习在《护理学基础》实践教学中的应用效果 被引量:21

摘要 目的探讨同伴互助学习在《护理学基础》实践教学中的应用效果。方法以整群抽样法选取南华大学护理学院2010级护理本科2个自然班的82名学生作为研究对象,随机分为试验班(A班)和对照班(B班),对照班采用教师讲授结合操作演示为主,试验班在此基础上加用同伴互助学习。试验教学为期半年,试验结束后,通过学习成绩和自行设计的问卷评价实施效果。结果试验班的理论和操作考试成绩均高于对照班(P<0.05);问卷调查中,试验班在团队合作及交流能力、学习效果、自主学习能力及专业认同度等方面的得分均高于对照班(P<0.01)。结论同伴互助学习是提高学生团队合作、自主学习能力及人文素质的有效方法之一。 Objective To explore the application effect of Peer-assisted learning (PAL) in practice teaching of the "Fundamental Nursing". Methods Totally 82 undergraduates from two natural classes of 2010th of nursing colleges of South China University were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Students in the both groups were given teachers teaching combined with operation demonstration, while patients in the experimental group were given additional peer-assisted learning. Exam scores and self-designed questionnaire were used for evaluating half a year later. Results Scores of theory and opera- tion tests in the experimental group were all significantly higher than which in the control group (P~ 0.05). Scores of teamwork and communication ability,learning effect, selLdirected learning skills and spe- cialty identity in the experimental group were all significantly higher than which in the control group(P〈 0.01). Conclusion PAL appears to be a valid method for improving students' learning autonomy,enhan- cing student collaboration ability and humanistic quality.
