摘要
针对FSC赛车开发过程中的操纵稳定性分析,论文基于车辆系统动力学仿真软件Car Sim进行建模与仿真研究。应用Car Sim建立了包含车体、轮胎、转向系统、悬架系统、制动系统及传动系统的FSC赛车整车动力学模型,并应用3D软件绘制三维车身、尾翼和发动机模型导入到Car Sim中实现整车动画仿真。在Car Sim中按照比赛要求设置方向盘角阶跃输入转向瞬态响应试验工况和蛇形试验工况进行FSC赛车操纵稳定性仿真分析。仿真结果表明:开发的FSC赛车具有良好的操纵稳定性。
For the analysis of handling stability, modeling and simulation of FSC racing car based on dynamics simulation software CarSim were studied. FSC racing vehicle dynamics model was established by CarSim, which includes body, tires, steering systems, suspension systems, brake systems and driveline. The three-dimensional body, tail and engine models were built by 3D software and import to CarSim for animated simulation. The steering step input transient response test and snake test were set in the CarSim according to the racing requirements. The simulation results show that the developed FSC racing car has good handling stability.
