摘要
北京绿地中心4号商务办公楼工程建筑高度达260 m,为超高层建筑。工程钢结构焊接量大,消防安全管理难度大,且工程的结构养护、二次结构砌筑、贴砖等湿作业较多、用水量较大。施工中临时用水通过接力泵送(低区、中区、高区)的方式实现了超高层施工用水及消防用水安全。施工中采取了正式消防立管、喷淋养护、高空喷淋降尘等创新措施,绿色施工效果显著。
