摘要
对国内外关于超高层公共建筑疏散路径的设计要求及研究情况进行了对比分析。从增加疏散楼梯数量、设置辅助疏散电梯、避难层的设置等方面进行分析,对比了我国与美国、英国和日本的设计要求的异同。对比结果表明:各国均要求根据实际情况增加疏散楼梯的数量,而非无限制地增加单个楼梯的疏散宽度;对于火灾状态下使用电梯疏散的研究仍在进行中;对超高层内是否设置避难层,目前仍有争议,我国的防火设计要求在适当位置设置避难层。
This article compared and analyzed the design requirement and research situation of evacuation routes for super highrise buildings in China and other countries.The analysis was mainly about the aspects of increasing the number of staircases,elevators as the auxiliary evacuation facilities and the setting of refuge floors.This article compared the similarities and differences of design requirements among China,America,Britain and Japan.It is found that the number of staircases should be increased according to the actual situations,rather than limitlessly increasing the width of individual staircase;the research of using elevators as auxiliary evacuation facilities under the fire conditions is still in progress;there are still some disputes about whether to set refuge floors in super high-rise buildings,while the code for fire protection design in China requires that the refuge floors should be set at appropriate places.
