摘要 设计了一套基于无线测量网络的高压电缆线路氧化锌避雷器(ZOA)在线监测系统,用于评估ZOA绝缘变化状况。系统使用零磁通传感器测量泄漏电流,利用RF通信与GPS同步技术同步采集电压电流信号,采用基于FFT的均值算法提取基波阻性电流;采用无线测温模块测量避雷器阀片局部温度;通过RF网络和GSM网络将现场数据上传到监测终端与上位机系统,实现了远程数据采集与实时数据显示、分析和数据管理。从现场带电运行情况来看,系统较好地满足了电缆线路ZOA在线监测要求。 Based on wireless measuring network,a set of online monitoring system of high-voltage( HV) cable line zinc oxide arresters( ZOA) is designed to evaluate ZOA insulation condition in this paper. The zero-flux sensor is used to measure the leakage current flowing through ZOA. The voltage and current are to be acquired simultaneously by wireless RF communication and GPS synchronization technology. The fundamental resistive current is then calculated by the FFT average algorithm. The partial ZOA varistor temperature is also measured by wireless temperature measuring module. Through the RF network and GSM network,field data is transferred to RTU and the master system,thus implementing remote data acquisition and real- time data display,analysis and management. From the view of field running condition,the designed system well satisfies requirements of online monitoring the cable line ZOA.
