基于K7G20触控一体机的20kV高压电缆绝缘测试仪设计

摘要 传统10 kV绝缘电阻测试仪无法有效检测110 kV及以上电压等级电缆高阻值高残压类型故障。为此,基于K7G20触控一体机设计一种高压电缆绝缘测试仪,其具备高压电缆主绝缘电阻测试、护层耐压和护层保护器试验功能。针对高压电缆高阻值高残压类型故障的特性,设计了20 kV电压输出模块,采用比值测量法改进测量电路,提高试验电压和泄漏电流的测量精度。采用K7G20触控一体机作为总控制器和人机界面的实施主体,实现远程智能测试。通过对上海某220 kV电缆线路的现场测试,证明该仪器能有效检测出高阻值高残压的电缆绝缘故障,同时具备护层耐压和护层保护器试验功能,可有效提高高压电缆快速故障检修效率。 Conventional 10 kV insulation resistance testers cannot effectively detect the faults of 110 kV and above cables with high resistance value and high residual voltage.In order to solve this problem,a high-voltage cable insulation tester was designed based on K7G20 touch control integrated machine,which has three functions,i.e.,main insulation resistance test,protective layer voltage resistance test,and protective layer protector test.From the perspective of characteristics of high resistance and high residual voltage faults of high voltage cables,a 20 kV voltage output module is designed,and the measuring circuit is modified by ratio measurement to improve the measuring accuracy of test voltage and leakage current.The K7G20 touch integrated machine is used as the total controller and the implementation body of the man-machine interface to realize remote intelligent testing.Through on-site test of a 220 kV cable line in Shanghai,it shows that the instrument can effectively detect cable insulation fault with high resistance value and high residual voltage,and has the test function of protective layer and protective layer protector,which can effectively improve the efficiency of quick fault repair of high voltage cable.
