摘要
基于对芜湖市大学生的实证调查,系统分析公务员"热"、公务员录用制度、聘用制度、工资制度等改革对大学生择业的影响,追究原因并剖析结果。调查结果显示,公务员制度改革对大学生的择业产生了较大的影响,并增强了他们的竞争意识和创新意识。
The paper is the result of an empirical study of Wuhu--based university students. It gives a systematic analysis of how university students" career choice may be affected by the civil servant "fe- ver", the civil servant appointment system and the civil servant pay system. Surveys show that the civil service reform has produced much effect upon college students" choice of career and that it has in- creased their sense of competitiveness and awareness of innovation.
