摘要 目的:研究缬草挥发性成分。方法:采用:以《药典(一部)》附录XD甲的标准方法提取缬草挥发性成分,采用GC-MS结合化学计量学方法对缬草挥发性成分进行定性分析。色谱柱:5 HP-MS;载气:He;流速:1.0mL/min;进样量:1μL;分流比:1∶100。质谱条件:电子轰击( EI)离子源,辅助线温度280℃,离子源温度230℃,四级杆温度150℃;质量扫描范围:m/z 50~550。采用Chemstation和Nist 08谱库检索。结果:共鉴定出30种成分,占总含量的94%。结论:共鉴定出成分,与传统定性分析方法相比,GC-MS结合化学计量学方法具有较高的灵敏度和准确度,有效增加鉴定的成分,可用于缬草挥发性成分的定性分析。 Objective:To analyze the volatile components in Valeriana officinalis L.Methods: The volatile components were extracted by steam-stilling.GC-MS-AMDIS combined with Retention index technology was used for the quali -tative analysis of the volatile components in Valeriana officinalis L, 5HP-MS quartz capillary column (30m ×0.25mm ×0.25μm); temperature programcarrier gas ( He) , velocity 1.0mL/min,the injection volume 1μL;split ratio 1∶100. MS conditions:electron impact ( EI) ion source, transmission line temperature 280 ℃, ion source temperature 230℃, Quadrupole temperature 150 ℃mass scan range m/z 50~550.And the results were contrasted with Chemstation and Nist 05a.Results:Totally, 30 compounds which accounted for 94%of the whole extracts of Valeriana officinalis L were identified.Conclusion:Compared with the traditional qualitative analysis method, GC-MS-AMDIS combined with re-tention index technology has a higher sensitivity and accuracy,and can be used for qualitative analysis of the volatile con-stituents of Valeriana officinalis L.
