摘要 目的观察孕早期性激素结合球蛋白(SHBG)水平改变的意义及与妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的关系。方法纳入孕检的孕妇共110例,孕早期行糖筛查和糖耐量试验确诊的21例GDM患者作为GDM组,以未发生GDM的89例妊娠期正常孕妇作为对照组,检测并比较两组中SHBG、空腹血糖(FBG)、血脂等表达水平,分析SHBG与GDM及其他指标的相关性。结果妊娠前3个月GDM组SHBG水平(165.69±109.35)nmol/L明显低于对照组(297.48±110.63)nmol/L,差异具有显著性(P<0.01);SHBG与孕早期BMI、TG、LDL-C、FBG呈显著负相关,与年龄和HDL-C呈正相关。结论孕早期低水平SHBG是发生GDM的危险因素,与FBG和血脂密切相关,SHBG可能成为孕早期预测GDM的确切指标。 Objective To observe the first trimester sex hormone binding globulin ( SHBG ) levels to change the meaning , and the relationship between gestational diabetes mellitus ( GDM) .Methods A total of 110 cases of pregnancy test pregnant women , 21 cases of GDM pregnant patients with early screening and sugar tolerance test diagnosed as GDM group , with 89 cases of GDM during pregnancy is not normal pregnant women as a control group, to detect and compare the two group , SHBG, fasting blood glucose (FBG), the expression levels of blood lipids, analysis SHBG with GDM and other indicators of relevance .Results Three months before pregnancy , SHBG levels in GDM group (165.69 ±109.35) nmol/L was significantly lower than the control group (297.48 ±110.63)nmol/L, the difference was significant (P〈0.01); SSHBG and early pregnancy BMI, TG LDL-C FBG showed a significant negative correlation was positively correlated with age and HDL -C. Conclusions Early pregnancy is a risk factor for low SHBG GDM is closely related to the FBG and lipids , SHBG may become pregnant early to predict the exact indicators of GDM .
