摘要
对环保型水溶性低阻漆与传统有机溶剂低阻漆的性能进行对比分析,并在真机上进行喷涂应用试验。结果表明水溶性低阻漆完全可以替代传统有机溶剂低阻漆,用于汽轮发电机线圈的涂刷和定子槽内的喷涂。
Analysis and comparison between the environment-protection water-borne conductive varnish with low resistance and traditional organic solvent varnish with low resistance were done, and then, the coating application experiments were implemented on the actual generator. Re- suits showed that the environment-protection water-borne conductive varnish with low resistance was able to replace the traditional organic solvent varnish with low resistance completely, used as the manual coating material on the stator coil and spray coating material inside the stator slot.
