摘要
为了增大电机铁芯叠片间的绝缘,以改型酚醛树脂为基体,纳米TiO2为无机填料,研制了一种新型的水溶性半无机硅钢片漆。实验结果表明,该漆不仅在力学性能和电学性能等方面达到了同外同类硅钢片漆的水平,而且耐热性能优异,初始分解温度为392.632℃,优于进口漆的305.014℃,并且具有优良的储存稳定性。
A new type of water-soluble semi-inorganic silicon steel sheet varnish was developed for enhancing the insulation between silicon steel sheets which were used in electric motors. The matrix of the varnish is modified phenolic resin and the inorganic filler is nano-TiO2. The test results show that the mechanical and electrical properties of the varnish are as fine as that of the same type of imported varnish. The initial decomposition temperature of the varnish is 392.632 ℃, which is higher than that of the imported varnish, 305.014℃. Furthermore the new varnish is in the nature of superior storage stability.
