摘要
通过介绍医院应用基于B/S结构的考勤管理系统应用目的、软件架构体系、数据采集自动化、请假加班申请/审批、年假计算自动化、考勤统计分析、多级请假审批流程、数据实时汇总、权限控制、排班管理、考勤报表等系统基本功能和特点,结果实现了管理者随时了解员工的出勤状况,提高了医院人事管理效率,降低了人力成本,实现了对医院员工考勤的信息化管理。
The purpose of the application of attendance management system of B / S structure is introduced.Some basic functions and features of the system,such as the system of software structure,the automation of data acquisition,asking for leave,overtime work,application / approval,annual leave calculation automation,attendance statistics and analysis,multistage leave approval process,Data real-time summary,access control,scheduling management,attendance report have also been introduced.The efficiency of the hospital personnel management has been improved.The labor costs have been reduced.The information management of employees＇ attendance has been achieved.
