摘要
目的:实现门诊考勤管理的信息化,提高医院门诊考勤管理的质量和效率。方法:设计和开发医院门诊电子考勤管理系统并投入应用。结果:电子考勤系统的应用为相关考勤部门提供了真实科学的结果,有利于及时了解考勤动态,落实考勤制度。同时,起到督促医生及时就岗的作用,提高了医生的服务意识,减少了与患者之间的纠纷。结论:该系统不但操作简便、实用性强,较大地提高了医院相关部门对门诊医生考勤管理的质量和效率,而且功能完整、通用性好,适合于信息化时代医院的考勤管理工作。
Objective To carry out information-based management to raise the quality and efficiency of work attendance management of the outpatient department. Methods An electronic management system of work attendance was developed and put into use. Results The electronic management system of work attendance embody diversified function of information system, and provided a real and scientific result for manage section to know the situation of attendance and put the management system into effect. At the same time, it urged the doctors to go to work in time, raised the doctors" service consciousness, and reduced the dispute with the patients. Conolusion This system is easy for operating and is very practical, which raises the quality and efficiency so much of work attendance management of the outpatient department for the manage section.
