摘要
文中基于对传统阴阳学说的理解,结合足阳明经循行于腹部的特殊性,从以下几个方面浅谈对胃经循行于腹部的认识:(1)阳明经行于腹部阴经之地,平衡腹部阴阳;(2)足阳明经在腹部,平衡"血海"冲脉之阴;(3)阳明经多气多血,气血稳定,统领全身气血;(4)脾胃两经互为表里,相伴而行;(5)胃腑本身具有"体阳而用阴"的特殊属性。以上从整体到部分,将阴阳学说贯穿其中,分析足阳明经循行在腹部的意义,彰显了中医基础理论的整体性。
This paper based on the understanding about the traditional theory of Yin-Yang, and combining with the particularity of the stomach channel of foot Yangming＇s line in the abdomen, discussion on the understanding of the stomach channel of foot Yangming＇s line in the abdomen from the following aspects：（1） The stomach channel of foot yangming＇s line in the abdomen through the place Yin is to balance the Yin and Yang of the abdomen.（2） The stomach channel of foot Yangming＇s line in the abdomen is to balance the Yin of the Chong meridian, which is called ＂blood sea＂.（3） The stomach channel of foot Yangming contains a lot of Qi and a lot of blood, both Qi and blood in stable, it has the ability to guide the systemic qi and blood.（4） The stomach channel of foot Yangming and the spleen channel of foot Taiyin is interior and exterior each other, accompanied by each other.（5） The stomach itself has the characteristic of yang nature with yin functioning. From the whole to part, this paper analyzes the significance of the stomach channel of foot Yangming＇s line in the abdomen, and highlights the holistic of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine.
