摘要
目的：对老年人全髋关节置换术围手术期心理干预和康复指导的疗效进行观察和分析。方法：选择2012年3月～2014年3月在某院进行治疗的高龄髋部骨折患者96例，随机将其分为观察组和对照组两组各48例，所有患者均进行全髋关节置换术（THA）治疗，对照组患者在术后常规对症护理，观察组患者则在此基础上给予围手术期心理干预和康复指导，对两组患者术后的疗效进行评价和比较。结果；观察组患者中优34例，良11例，中3例，优良率为93．8％，对照组患者中优15例，良10例，中14例，差9例，优良率为52．1％，观察组优良率明显高于对照组，且两组相比差异具有显著性（P〈O．05）。结论：老年人全髋关节置换术围手术期增加心理干预和康复指导能够有效提高疗效，对于促进患者的康复具有积极意义。
Objective： To observe and analyze the effect of psychological intervention and rehabilitation di- rection during perioperative period of total hip replacement for the old. Methods： Select 96 elderly patients with hip fracture received in our hospital during the period from March 2012 to March 2014, randomly divide them into control group and observation group, 48 cases for each. All the patients were treated with total hip replacement,besides, the control group received conventional nursing according to the symptoms after the surgery,and the observation group were added with psychological intervention and rehabilitation direction based on postoperative conventional nursing. Evaluate and compare postoperative effect of the 2 groups. Re- suits：In observation group, the excellent cases were 34, fine cases were 11 ,and the medium cases were 3, the excellent and good rate was 93.8% ,while in control group, the excellent cases,fine cases and medium cases and poor cases were 15,10.14,9 respectively, the excellent and good rate was 52.1 %,the excellent and good rate of the observation was obviously higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the 2 groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion. It would be more effective if there is psychological intervention and rehabilitation direction during perioperative period of total hip replacement for the old and it is positively significant for the patients to recover.
