摘要
目的分析全髋关节置换术和骨折内固定术对于中老年股骨颈骨折的临床疗效对比。方法选取股骨颈骨折患者130例,将其分为观察组(n=73)和对照组(n=57)。观察组行全髋关节置换术,对照组行骨折内固定术,比较两组住院情况及术后功能康复情况。结果观察组患者功能评估优良率、下地时间均显著高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义;而在手术时间、功能评价及平均住院时间方面比较,差异无统计学意义。结论全髋关节置换术治疗中老年股骨颈骨折可减低术后并发症发生率,并缩短下地时间,值得临床普及推广应用。
Objective To analysis of total hip replacement and internal fixation for femoral neck fractures in the elderly clinical curative effect contrast. Methods One hundred and thirty cases with femoral neck fracture were divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group underwent total hip joint replacement, control group were treated with internal fixation of the fracture, were compared between the two groups of hospitalization and postoperative functional rehabilitation. Results In the observation group, the excellent rate of function evaluation under time were higher than the control group, the difference was significant. While the two group patients in the operation time, function evaluation and the average hospitalization time compared, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion The total hip replacement in treatment of femoral neck fracture in the elderly can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and shorter starting time, is worth the clinical popularization and application.
