激励措施有助于医院提高人力资源管理效率,激发与调动职工的积极性;有助于优化人力资源管理,增强医院的竞争力;有助于营造公平的竞争环境,为医院留住人才。医院人力资源管理中常见的激励包括物质激励、精神激励、职务职称激励以及教育培训激励等。但在激励措施应用过程中,应注意的问题是:激励措施应立足于医院的实际情况,强调激励的有效性与长效性;注重目标导向,强化激励手段的重要性。
Incentive measures can help hospitals improve the efficiency of human resource management and motivate and mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff. The measures can also help optimize human resource management, improve the competitiveness of hospitals, and help build a fair competitive environment for preventing talent drain. Common incentive measures include material incentives, psychologi- cal incentives, title incentives and training opportunity incentives. During the implementation process, the incentive measures should be based on the actual situation of hospitals and the effectiveness and long-term efficacy should be emphasized. The measures should be goal-oriented and the significance of incentive measures need to be strengthened.
