The Common EMC Problems and Characteristics of Electric Vehicle

摘要 阐述了电动汽车电磁环境的复杂性。从系统间干扰和系统内干扰两个层次描述了电动汽车试制阶段遇到的一些与EMC相关的问题,包括整车辐射发射超标、车载充电机传导发射超标、收音机AM频段接收异常、CAN信号失真、"掉高压"故障、助力转向器失效、电池单体过电压等情况,并概括了这些问题的典型特征。 The complexity of the electromagnetic condition in electric vehicle is illustrated. Some problems related to EMC are put forward based on analysis of the interferences from inter-system and intra-system levels, which include out-of-limit problems revealed by radiated and conducted emission tests, degradation of AM receiver performance, distortion of CAN signals, high-voltage drop, electric power steering failure, and overvohage of single cell. The typical characteristics of these problems are also concluded.
