摘要
以车载充电机为应用场景,研究充电系统中的功率因数校正技术。在传统PFC的基础上,引入改进型无桥PFC拓扑以及碳化硅新型功率器件。基于单周期控制技术,以IR1150为控制芯片,设计了无桥PFC控制算法及硬件电路。搭建1 700W无桥PFC和1 700W有桥PFC变换器实验样机。通过实验对比,验证了改进型无桥PFC变换器较普通无桥PFC能有效减少电磁干扰;在不同工况下,功率因数保持在99%以上,效率较传统有桥PFC有明显提升。
This paper studies the PFC( power factor correction) technique in the application scenarios of onboard charger and brings in the improved bridgeless PFC topologyand new Si C( silicon carbide) power devices on the base of conventional PFC. Based on the one-cycle-control,the control algorithm and hardware circuit is designed with the application of IR1150 as the control chip. Both the 1 700 W bridgeless PFC and the 1 700 W bridge PFC convertor experimental prototype is built. Through the experiment contrasts,this paper has verified that the improved bridgeless PFC convertor can reduce EMI compared to conventional bridgeless PFC,and can keep its power factor at over 99 percent and efficiency has significantly improvement compared to the conventional one in different conditions.
