摘要
基于TAM和TOE模型,提出分析建筑企业对于建筑信息模型技术(Building Information Model)采纳行为的整合模型;然后通过从48个建筑工程企业收集的调查数据,利用结构方程模型对信度、效度及适配度进行检验。结果表明,企业BIM采纳行为受到直接影响的强度依次为感知有用性、感知易用性、组织内源结构、外部环境,受到间接影响的强度依次为BIM特性、组织内源结构、外部环境、感知易用性。
This paper proposes an integrated model based TAM and TOE in order to analyze the acceptance for Building Information Model of construction enterprises and, empirical testes the reliability, validity and fitness of the model by structural equation modeling with survey data collected from 48 construction companies. The results demonstrate that perceived availability, perceived usefulness, organizational inner structure, external environment have direct influence on company' s acceptance and BIM characteristics, organizational inner structure, external environment, perceived usefulness have indirect influence on the acceptance behavior.
