摘要
BIM技术已经成为建筑行业可见的生产力,全面推广和普及只是时间问题。文章通过实例说明,对于一个项目来说,BIM的优势要靠团队传递到项目生命周期的全过程,实现虚拟建造、三维碰撞、数据管理、协同工作、造价管控等作用。
BIM technology already was the visible productivity in the construction industry, roundly extending and popularization only need time. Based on a real example, introduced that the advantage of BIM need transfer into whole process of project life period, and to realize simulate built, 3D impact, data management, cooperated working and cost management and control.
