摘要
淀粉在自然界的含量仅次于纤维素和矿物填料,作为无污染型、可再生的天然植物资源,其特殊的化学结构使得应用受限,改性后的产品性能更能满足人们的需求。文章主要论述了阳离子淀粉的分类、特性、制备方法、应用领域及发展前景。
The content of starch in nature ranks second after the cellulose and mineral filler, as a natural plant resources with no pollutingand renewable, which special chemical structure made the application limited, however,the products after modified can greatly satisfy people's needs. In this paper, the classification of cationic starch, characteristics, preparation methods, applications and development prospects was discussed.
